Privacy Policy

What we collect

• The email and password hash for your account.
• Everything you save on your site: name, mission, photos, posts, time capsule answers, companions, subscribers.
• Google Photos URLs you connect (we read public album pages, we don't store the photos themselves on the free tier).
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We see the transaction status but never your card details.
• Basic anonymous web analytics through Cloudflare (no cookies, no fingerprinting).

What we don't do

• Sell your data. Ever.
• Use third-party advertising trackers.
• Read your site content for any purpose other than running the service.

Subscribers

People who subscribe to your site give us their email so we can send them updates when you post. We confirm with a one-click link before adding them. They can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Where your data lives

Cloudflare runs our database (D1), file storage (R2), and infrastructure. Their data centers are in the US and globally. Email sending goes through Resend.

Your rights

• Export your data: contact us and we'll send you a copy.
• Delete your account: contact us. We'll wipe your account and your site within 7 days.
• Correct what we have: edit it in the dashboard, or write us.

Children

MissionLog isn't designed for people under 13. If you're a parent and your kid created an account, write us and we'll remove it.
